look in your owners manual it should tell you somewhere your electrical diagram. if you dont have the O M, research google for it, and SHOULD show you or help get and idea where that fuse is. plan b), that is an older vehicle.. you probably have a motor on that electrical line that is running the motor and it is simply shot for a 2000. go to junk yard and get another OR have shop fix it ( MUCH more expensive) , or just totally ignore the back window problem altogether. good luck
