Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just replaced window regulator and motor on the
front passenger window and it doesn't roll down.
Could it possibly be because a fuse is blown?

Note the diagram, the right side window in diagram should be passenger side. Any electrical component check voltage and ground first. Make the master switch on the driver door doesn't have the other windows locked out. Probably a wiring harness on hinge side of passenger door, note the wire colors and check voltage and ground for power windows. The window motor is a reversing motor, so voltage and ground switches depending if the window is going up or down.
