Radiator hoses

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2000 jeep cherokee 4.0 and my radiator
hoses are building up extreme pressure to where
they are about to blow after shortly running. I felt
them and it feels like air instead of coolant running
through them. I changed the radiator cap. The
water pump and the thermostat. I topped off the
coolant and still problem occurs. What's going on ?
So I can fix the issue.

I also flushed the entire coolant system twice professionally and hoses still filled with extreme pressure throughout. Please let me know what's going on with my jeep cherokee ?
