I am looking to purchase a 2001 convertible
Chrysler Sebring LXI with 100,000 miles on it.  
It is in very good condition.  Is $2000 a good
asking price?

Always offer less than asking price! BTW. Old Chrysler products tend to have a lot of problems which is why the price is low.
