Can you swap a 2005 dodge ram 1500 quad cab truck 2WD
truck bed out for the same exact truck except being a 4x4

In all likelihood, yes. The big difference in bed types is due to the length of the cab (regular cab, extended cab, crew cab) and length of the bed (short bed, long bed). As long as both beds came from a quad cab truck should be fine.
