ECU for a Lexus SUV

I have a 1999 Lexus suv. Drove it one day
then died. Cranks over but will not start.
New battery. Hooked my SUV up to a
scanner. Wouldn't show anything on
scanner. Thinking it is the main computer
part/ ECU. I ordered the part overseas. How
long would it take to get this part? It's been
over 2 months

Well this works.well, I didn't get any answers, thought someone would know something or have any ideas? Hate answering my own questions

I have a 2007 Lexus RX 350 drove for 1 hour parked came back out got into truck brakes hard won’t move had to get toed to mechanic he says he cannot figure out what is wrong
