tonite i saw a 1992 ford capri - sure looked like my 1991 Mercury Capri.  what's up with a Ford Capri?  The 1992 Ford Capri had Ford; steering wheel, oval on hood & Ford badging on deck lid - sure looked authentic.  couldn't find the owner.  model was XR2 - like my Mercury

What's the question? Ford rebadges their products just like everyone else. Ford=Lincoln=Mercury=Jaguar=Mazda=Volvo=Land Rover GM=Chevy=Pontiac=Cadillac=Daewoo=Holden=Hummer=Oldsmobile=Opel=Buik=Saab=Saturn=Vauxhall=%10 of Fiat= A decent percent of Toyota(and vice-a- versa) Not going through all the company if you want to look it up... They all have rebadged their cars at some point. There is a reason an Enzo looks like the MCC
