Possibly. Is your credit rating good? If your monthly expenses leave enough slack for a car payment and insurance and you have a decent sized down payment I think you will find a car.

There are some banks and credit unions that prefer social security as it is directly deposited into the bank so it make it a lot easier to collect the funds. I've seen lately some dealers are doing it also saying they have places to finance the car of your choice, but beware some of them are scammers.

there is no one to help, my social security is deposited on a direct express card, i have no bank

Ouch, then you really will need a cosigner to go much further, at least your price range is low. Who knows you still might find a willing loan company that will treat you right on interest.
