I bought a Mercedez Benz C Class from a car vendor here in Africa. He told me the vehicle is a 2005 model, however, am skeptical. How can I verify year of make?

2005 model. Please note that documents are sometimes doctored here in order to run
away huge tariffs if one imports an older car

Google the VIN. The 10th digit will identify the year. There are 17 digits in the VIN.

check on the windscreens , the rear and the front even on both door glass or mirror u will still find the model year even on the original sticker inside door its there you wil see 03 or 04 or 05 or what ever the year model is

hi friends i just wanted to ask that when ever i park my car Mercedes benz c class 200 Kompressor 2004 model in direct under sun and its really get hot but doing that, it doesnt start but all remote functions are working as in centerall locking boot opening but no egnitions key does not turn for self and when after evening when car gets cold in evening it gets started.
