will a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 engine work in a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500?

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 that the original engine crapped out on me, I
bought a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 (with the 4.7) and my question is, will
everything line up correctly?
