I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and the AC is cold when the truck is moving but hot when idling. I thought it was maybe the condenser fan but I've only got one fan under the hood and it's always going. 1 Answer

Should there be a faster fan speed when the AC is on? It is possibly low on freon? I had the condenser and evaporator replaced a year ago.

I had freion pulled out and a vac. Pulled on it and freion put back in and helped a little I could rev up a little higher but still kicked out

The AC condenser fan doesn't work also when my truck is running but in park or at a light the AC doesn't blow cold air when I get back to driving little ways it will kick out cold air.
