transmission on Ram 1500

I have right at 15k miles on my 2017 Ram 1500. The transmission has gone out
and they have to put another one in. They have no new ones since its a 2017.
Do I have an recourse with Dodge/Chrysler?

Maybe you don’t want a new one, those still have all the bugs that haven’t been fixed, when rebuilt those bugs are fixed and after mine and was rebuilt it actually shifted better. So talk it over with some transmission shop, see what they have to say.
