2006 Dodge Ram 1500 MEGA Cab running low RPM (600) at 60 to 65 MPH?

My 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 MEGA Cab running low RPM (600) at 60 to 65 MPH. Seems to be running ok but low pulling power. What is the issue??

Just a tachometer problem. READS low its NOT. The circuit board has a couple areas that need to be reflowed. The Dodge dealer knows this quite well. Regards
