94 Chevy Silverado 1500, recently dumped the muffler , ran straight pipe to
back, a day or to latter ruff vibrate when stoping or idling , run smooth while
driving, thinking about omitting cat short pipe out the side ?

Don't eliminate the cat or the O2 sensors! The engine cannot determine the correct fuel air ratio without them.
