A new engine for my Silverado Z71 1992

I want to put a new engine on my 1992 chevrolet 1500 Z71 single cab, it has a
5.0L V8. Which is the newest engine that serves me as a replacement without
having to change other parts and improve the power on my truck?

Het a 5.7 350 and swap the ecu from the truck you got the donor motor from. Very simple .
