how do I remove drive side door panel on 1996 beauville van

trying to get to the electric window motor on the drivers side door.  how do I without destroying the inside panel remove it

You dont. Carefully look for all the screws and remove them, then carefully pull the door panel away from the door and look behind the panel for the push clips and slowly pull them out of the door until the panel is free. They do make a specific tool for removing door panel push clips, but I find patience and needle nose pliers work just as good.
