no fuel tout of injectors

replaced fuel pump fuel reg spider injectors vcm still will notspray i have power to one side of i njectors do not know if i need it to pulse or have constant power i have fuel pressure 60ps at rail do i need to have the vcm progamed to vichile please help at a lose

fuel delivery sounds ready,now you need pulse from pcm i think it emits ground to injector circuit in varied band width for varied fuel supply,initiated by CPS and cam sensors to awake the pulse signal. a test light can show pulse on a injector wire pair if needed at crank speed

yes what year, could be bad ignition module, if module blows injectors won't pulse,
