EIS MERCEDES 2009 52,000

I dropped my Mercedes in for a regular yearly service tune
up at Capital Kia dealership they called and said they
can’t get it to work and that it’s the EIS problem and I’m
responsible for full payment even though my car was
working fine before I dropped it for tune ups &updates.
Who’s responsible me or dealership? Also they want me
to tow to Mercedes. :(
