My Mercedes Benz C300 2008 Car will not start what can I do?

Car shifts out of park, lights turn on, steering wheel is not locked. It slightly
tries to start up but doesn't really Crank over. tried both keys didnt work (EIS
System), Checked the starter fuses( none were broken) Could it be any other
fuses? ,  Heard it could be something with the steering column or possibly
something with the backseat fuel pump?

Is the engine turning over really slowly? If so the battery is probably weak. If the engine turns over strongly it could be a fuel delivery problem or lack of spark.
