I hav a 2002 Jeep liberty that will not start. problem was intermittent at first would have to turn key multiple times for it to start then it didnt start at all.have changed the ignition switch and and actuator starter and battery.the fuel pump engages as does the solenoid but will not turn starter. have lights and power to everything else any help would be appreciated

The battery may be weak. Try a jump start. You should test the battery and alternator.
