where is the inside fuse panel for a 2005 pontiac montana sv6, its not on end of dash like 2003

Owners manual says under instrument panel on passenger side but have been unable to find it.  My 2003 montana has it on end of dash inside passenger door but the 2005 sv6 does not have it there.

Passenger side. Open the passenger door and on the end of the dash you will see a panel with a kind of hole. Pull that panel off. It is just snapped in place.

Followed the instructions on how to get this fuse cover open. I thought I was going to break it! It works though, and it went back together. Thank you for the tip.
