Question type: Maintenance & Repair

mitsubishi endeavor 2006, I'm hearing whooshing sound from front wheel,
driver side when i drive, first time i thought something is wrong with engine,
so when it's on neutral i pushed gas pedal but i didn't hear any noise but as
soon as put gear on D and start driving i heard whooshing sound and when
speed goes faster sound goes more and louder, would you let me know what
is wrong with my car please?

Does the sound match the wheels RPM? Could just be the tire, maybe it's underinflated. Jack up car and spin wheel off the ground, and listen for noise. a wheel bearing or scuffing brake pad might also make that noise.

If it makes the sound while in drive and stationary you may be low on transmission fluid

hey guys, thanks for answers, 1) yes it does, sound matches with the wheel RPM and only time i hear that it's when I drive not when just the engine works. 2) that's not about tire cause it's new and Michelin, and when i had tier was working perfect, it's not about breaks, I already check them too, but it almost looks like 2 metal rubbing each other and as you said match with tire RPM, mostly I'm worry about wheel bearing, but the sound doesn't look like it still looking forward for your kind answers thanks again
