Struggling to start..

2001 Mercury Grand Marquis

My aunt doesn't drive her car much and we've
always had issues with the starter. I want to say it
was last replaced less than five years ago.. Brand
new battery, good alternator. Lights still work, can
hear it click/try, but won't start.. Can anyone please
help asap?

Try a voltage drop test to starter, make sure it's getting the required power it needs, if not may indicate a bad ignition switch, starter relay, wiring deficiency.
