2001 ford Taurus power windows inop  has auto down system for drivers window both power and ground at master switch when rolling down drivers window relay at fuse box clicks repeatedly have no ground at othere switch when activating them in both directions could it be a bad gem module

It's usually the master switch itself. The one that sees all the weather, the food and the most use.
