1977 f350 will not start after hot

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It starts fast when cold and runs good but when gets operating temp and turn
engine off it will not restart until the next morning.  checked spark when hot  
and no spark when turning engine with ignition key but when stop cranking it
sparks, cyclinder fires once.  What could be wrong? it is a 1977 f350

Maybe a bad coil. Have you checked the cap and rotor and replaced the spark plugs and wires lately? If your truck has points I would replace them.

Most problems like that is ignition module or crank sensor.
