Alarm. Wont stop after i jump my battery

I had to jump my car and the alarm will not shut off
and i went to dealer . they cut the horn wire and
told me the reset button under the dash on the left
was damaged . .what do i do?

You need to lock and unlock three times to reset alarm. With key pod buttons .door lock usually doesn't work with alarm it's not wired to alarm. The other thing is if you have an alarm light under dash there is a hidden button on it hold button while starting car then let go when running. Valet button. The first answer is stock alarm second is after market alarm. Hope it helps. The reason it goes off it thinks it's being stolen when the voltage drops below 10v I think its 10v.
