Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced the carburator with a remanufactured Tomco. I need to also replace the distributor. I keep reading that the distributor needs to be the right one or the car will not run correctly. So what distributor would I pair with this carburator? Any Ideas?

I put a billit aluminum hei distributor on mine. Runs great. Less than$100 for it. Or u can get a electronic set up off of a Maverick
