i live in California, would like to buy from dealer outside Ca, how would i get it to
Cali?

Travel out there to test drive it and drive it back home is one option. Another is to have a third party company inspect it before purchase, purchase it and pay a transport company to bring it to your door. Another is to find a vehicle through Carvana as they sell and deliver a car to you as part of the purchase agreement.

Be warned that you must buy a car that has California emissions to register it. It will also have to pass a California smog check!
