Z32 Exhaust
ok so im in need of a new exhaust for my Z32 twin turbo. im absolutely in love with the exhaust note of the newer infinitis, more notably the G35. i was wondering if anyone knew of an exhaust made that sounds something like the infiniti exhaust. thanks for any help you can give

You're right - the G35s and 350Zs (and FXs) definitely sound sexy. BUT, it's not just exhaust, it's the engine. As long as you have a VG (not a VQ), you won't sound like that. So don't bother. The VG makes great sounds too, you know. I'll sell you my HKS Hiper H-pipe. It's resonated, about a year and a half old, good shape, and will work on an NA (like mine) or a TT (like yours). I can ship it if you make a good enough offer and if you're interested.
thanks for the info and the offer. right now im mostly just in the looking around stafe as i dont have any money, but once im ready im thinking of doing a full exhaust overhaul- probably Megan Racing testpipes as i no longer need cats in my car and i was thinking along the lines of a Greddy Evo 2 exhaust
No problem. Be careful with Megan exhaust pieces; a lot of people have fitment issues. Most people are fine (such as my friend) but others, not so much. Greddy's exhausts are nice, but HKS is definitely my personal favorite. It is unarguably the best performing (less bends than the rest) and, out of all the good quality name-brand exhausts, the cheapest of them all. I attached a picture :).
The sexiest exhaust for a 300zx is the B&B. It sounds fantastic. Great rumble. It makes your car sound like it should. Z1 motorsports sells them

agency power exhaust is what i would go with but i like rowdy exhaust i have one on my 350z and just on startup its louder than diesel trucks with aftermarket tips or whatever crap they put on it...
If you want your 300zx twin turbo to sound like a ferrari like mine, get Megan Racing down pipes and test pipe. Get the Greedy SP2 exhaust. It will be quiet , but when it revs that thing will make a scary chattering ferrari like sound. Trust me, I have the set up and I love it!
