2009 audi a3 1.9tdi shudders under load between 1600 and 2600 rpm

I've replaced the maf, dpf and cam position sensors. Reset the throttle position sensor and checked the other sensors. No faults show up on vcds. This problem started a little while after I changed the oil plus oil, air and fuel filter. Apart from the shudder while under acceleration between 1600 and 2600 revs the car runs well and once past around 2600 revs will run the reline quite well. The shudder is there in all gears. If it was a petrol engine I say it was a faulty spark plug as that is the way it is behaving
