2008 mazda 3 motor to a 2005 body 2.3

I recently completed an engine swap of a 2008 mazda 3 2.3 to a 2005 mazda 3
body. I checked all 3 timing components and also checked the fuses and wiring.
The motor cranks but will not start. Please advise.

I'm having the same problem with my 07 Mazda 3 after I replaced the timing chain. If you figure out the problem I'd like to here what it was.
