If you take it to Mazda and tell them "I heard on the internet this and that" They will tell you to kick rocks or just laugh. Take it back to them and tell them you are not leaving until the problem is resolved. If they can't fix it find a way to talk to Mazda corporate via e-mail. Let them know that a certified Mazda dealer can not fix the problem. Hopefully it will light a fire and someone should be able to help you. For the price the dealer charges they should have certified knowledgeable people on-hand or the service writer should be fired.
