Water leak

I have a leak from a rusted pipe which is
located under the van and front seats, a
small metal pipe which has a very small
creak in it! Water leaks from here one the
engine is on and water being passed
thought the engine from the radiator!
Would this be a pricey and hard thing to
repair ?

Is this a heater hose? Probably not all that expensive as car repairs go.

As it's under the front seats in the van , I've been told they will have to come out, this would take up to four hours to fix, after they have eirther welded it or replaced it . Costing up to $400 is this over priced ?
