Information about a friends car

I have a friend who has the car and can't
afford to pay the note at the moment and
she is willing to give me the car and I also
want to pay the notes and put my
information on the car is this possible?

It's really up to the finance company that has the loan but most likely they'll ask you to apply for the loan
