do not start wen its cold

As I read this, when the weather is damp, the starter won't crank the engine. There is no sound and there is no crank and non starting. It sounds like the key reader..To make sure, remove the covers on the steering column and use a hear dryer on warm and warm the key reader up a little and then try and start it. If it still does not crank it could be the computer box. Check also the fuses and relays. Check also the terminals where the relays fit into, they could be spead out a little.
