Bantam idling problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi I have a 2007 bantam 1.3 which was replaced
with a 1.6 engine and computer box. It starts but
switches off if the engine is cold. I must rev for a
while to keep it on but doesn't idle properly. It
doesn't have the original air filter box replaced with
a cone. I cleaned all the sensors still the same, one
auto electrician said it's for the air filter. It's little bit
pricey to get the air filter box I just want to be sure
before I buy one. Please advise if I should check
any other fault

I didn't mention while driving every time I give petrol rev goes down first then takes off. Timing checked as well.

The computer box should be converted to the original 1300 computer box.
