i have a 1.3 ford bantam rocam

i droped my key and since then my car don't want to start, the light on the clock
keeps flashing as if no key is inserted even when i try to crank .the remote
works, pls help

It sounds like the transmitter in the key is broken. These are encased in a very thin glass layer. You can either replace the key which you will get from the dealer and the dealer must program the key or you can send it to a reputable locksmith and they will replace the key's transmitter and the key will have to be reprogrammed. If you have thee spare key for your Bantam it should work. OR you can phone :0820606425 , send the PCM keys and transceiver and they will fit replace the transmitter in the key and re-program it to the PCM
