How do you adjust the dim headlight up or down on a 2007 Bantam 1.3i bakkie

The dim headlights bulps were replaced by new ones but now the lights are to low, how do you adjust the up and
down of the headlights, there is an adjuster on the back of the headlight but this only adjust the dim light left to
right?

there should b a strap on the top of it that goes back to the body with a bolt, loosen the bolt, then pick up the front of the headlight and tighten it back down...check it from there
