why is my Ford bantam not gin in Gear

I have a 2006 Ford Bantam rocam,it does not want to go in gear when the car
is on,the clutch is stiff like always.what can it be please

Check that there are no leaks in the clutch hydraulic system. If there is air in the system you will have difficulty in sellecting gears. Check the level of the brake fluid in the reservor.
