Ford bantum rocam 1.3

My ford bantum rocam gives on but does not want
to start or even crank the engine,what l noticed
again the is a small red light near the watch  that
switches on when l turn on the car then off and
then it flashes then the car does not want to start
but if the light turns off and not flash it starts what
could be the problem

This sounds like a computer box problem . Check what the flash codes are on this light to help diagnose the problem. When you switch the ignition to the ON position the Light next to the clock (Immobilizer Warning light) comes ON and then goes OFF. This shows that the system is OK If the Light flashed quickly and then switches OFF and starts flashing a "1" or a "2" and switches OFF and the starts to flash um a "1" to "6" , or say 1 3 or 86
