Clicking / Catching noise when turning at driving speed - Ford Bantam Rocam 1.3

Asked by Graham Dec 09, 2020 at 12:58 AM about the Ford Bantam

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi, I have a ford bantam Rocam 1.3 2003 and have experienced a clicking
noise when turning. The noise goes away when pushing the clutch pedal
and will not occur when turning off a stand still, only when driving at 40km/h
or more. I have taken it to my mechanic and he cannot locate the issue. It at
times sounds like it is coming from the left front wheel or centre of engine.
No loose wires catching on moving parts and currently have no established
root cause. Any assistance will be appreciated
