My 1.3 Ford bantam rocam won't start

I've replaced the head gasket on my 1.3 Ford
bantam rocam. Now it won't start it sounds axactly
like a blown head gasket and I honestly can't find
the fault

Did you have the cylinder head skimmed or re serfaced. Does the engine not crank and not start or does the engine crank and not start ?
