1.3 Rocam fan doesnt come on

Hi All

Our 1.3 Bantam have a problem with the fan,It doesnt come on even after
we fitted a new thermostat and switch,but if you pull the plug off then it
starts,Any advice please

If you unplug the Engine Coolant Temp sensor with the ignition ON, the cooling fan will run at high speed. This is part of the fail safe system. If this vehicle is equipped with an Air Con the cooling fan will be two speed. I would check the fuses and the relays are OK .
