Overheating

Hi my 1.3 ford bantam is getting hot,no water leaks.  
change thermostat and waterpump,no water in oil mixing
everything looks ok. Motor is running good just getting hot.
Is it head gasket and do i need to skim head

Switch the ignition to the ON position and then unplug the engine coolant temp sensor. The high speed fan should run at full speed. Check every thing else before you remove the head. Is the cooling system filled with the correct amount of anti-freeze and not only water. Neve fill these systems with water only.
