No spark on coil

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Raider been parked 3 years , running when parked. Tried starting the fuel
pump shorted out internally. Opened coil in fuel pump relay. Replaced both
now no spark when trying to crank. Show 12 volts positive on coil , getting no
negative 12 when cranking engine   It USA 3.0 V6
