If i had a 2002 Skyline gtr, would it be legal in the States? I
read that it is only 1999 Skylines that are illegal cars.
Please help

I believable it takes a huge amount of money to get such a car imported here with no guarantees that you will suceed. In some cases it actually takes an act of Congress - no joke.
