Possible? Of course. Be prepared for a *lot* of fabrication, including the removal of everything forward of the firewall, which you would need to replace with a custom space-frame capable of housing all that extra engine you'd be putting in. Basically, by the time you were done, you would be easily able to purchase the lexus that the motor originally came in. If you're looking for power, there's definitely easier ways to do it, man :)
