Cutting off

I'm interested in buying a 1995 caprice classic but
the owner says the engine keeps cutting off. Tune
up , distributor cap was done and still they same
problem any similar experiences and solutions
would be greatly appreciated. I've been wanting
one for years really would like to make this happen

My chevy wagon 87 automatjic jerks then straight en out but also coming to slow down at stops jerks jumps then dies

    my caprice starts runs good but once I give it gas it cuts off what can the problem.. it drives it start up it don't over heat or anything but if you give it gas it cuts off.
