Question type: General

How can I get the vsc off and the check engine light
off as well

You will first need to find a certified mechanic shop to scan the vehicle and diagnose the vsc and check engine light. There are multiple things that could be throwing the light on, some can be expensive so you don't want to just try and throw parts at it. a good local shop with good reviews would be the route I would go. I would stay away from the dealership, whereas they would be more expensive.
