why dont i have power to the ignition? new relay, ignition switch and key

Start testing for blown fuselinks. There will be some on the drivers side fender under the hood close to the bulkhead connector, there maybe others close to the starter relay and on the battery positive cable at the starter. This old it's hard to say what mods have been done.
